International 4100 Tractor with 12ft Leon Dozer Blade. 4x4. Tractor runs and will go forward and reverse. Blade will move up and down. It doesn’t steer and the brakes do not work. There is a hydraulic leak under the tractor. This tractor was last used for plowing snow.
