1982 Chevrolet 1 ton, 2 wheel drive, starts, runs, does not have battery, this truck had the parts cannon tossed at it by a dealer once. They replaced the carburetor, the distributor, the wires, the plugs, they couldn't get it to run, it turns out there was an in-line fuel filter that they missed. And the truck runs OK, with that said I do believe you're going to have to drop the tank and take the sediment that's in it out. With a small amount of work, you could have a reliable daily driver. Cab is decent.
