This is an online auction with lots starting to close on Sunday May 10, 2026. The first lot closes at 1 pm MST.

We will close 6 lots per minute, it is a soft close auction with a 30 second extension.

Payment: All items must be paid for on or before Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

Funds Accepted: Cash, Check, Wire Transfer, and Credit Cards (in-person only).

• Credit Card Fees: An additional 5% fee applies to all credit card transactions.
• Online/Phone Payment: No credit card payments are accepted online or over the phone.
• Out-of-State Buyers: Buyers must use certified funds, cash, or wire transfers. If paying by personal check, items will be held until the check clears our account.
• Nothing leaves the premises until it has been paid for in full.

Removal & Storage: Buyers have until Saturday, June 06, 2026, to remove items from our location. We are flexible and can meet by appointment if needed.

• Requirements: Please bring appropriate chains, straps, and flags. We do not provide these.
• Storage Fees: After June 06, a storage fee of $25.00 per day, per item will be charged.
• Abandonment: Any items left after 30 days of storage will be considered abandoned. Abandoned items become the property of the auction company without further notice, and any payments made will be forfeited. We are not a storage facility.

Registration: To participate, you must register online. Registrations are screened. We use national auction software; if you have a previous "decline" or "non-payment" on your record with another auctioneer, your registration will be refused.

Conditions of Sale:

• "As-Is, Where-Is": All equipment and items are sold "as-is, where-is" with all faults.
• Descriptions: Catalog descriptions are not guaranteed. Bidders are responsible for their own inspections.
• Inquiries: Please ask all questions before a lot sells. Once a lot is closed, all sales are final.

Buyer’s Premium (BP):

• BP: A 7% Buyer’s Premium is added to the high bid for cash, check, cashier’s check, and wire transfers. (Example: A $100 winning bid results in a $107 total bill).
• Credit Card BP: A total 12% fee (7% BP + 5% Card Fee) is added to the high bid.
• No Cap: There is no maximum cap on the Buyer's Premium.

Non-Payment: Non-payment will result in a permanent ban from all future live and online auctions. By bidding, you authorize us to share your information regarding non-payment with other auctioneers and the public.

Shipping & Loading: We do not provide shipping services. We do provide a forklift/backhoe for loading.

Bidding Contract: Placing a bid is a legally binding contract and an irrevocable offer to purchase. Once a bid is placed, it may not be retracted without auctioneer permission. Auctions will not be extended due to technical difficulties on the bidder's end. Do not wait until the last minute to bid.

Legal & Disputes: This transaction is governed by the laws of the State of Montana. All claims shall be brought in the District Court of Custer County, Montana. Anyone who fails to complete a transaction will be pursued in court for lost commissions, buyer’s premiums, time, attorney’s fees, and any other damages allowed by law.

The first week is always busy. Bring the proper trailers, chains, and personnel. Please make sure you are ready to be loaded.
