Our Primary Focus revolves around the sale of Real Estate, Estates, Machinery and Consignment Auctions. For over 24 years we have held our Annual Spring Fever Machinery consignment auction in SE Montana. We also specialize in selling Estates and Collections. We provide Live and Online auction services.

MARKETING
We use a multi-faceted approach in marketing equipment. For example, we use Trade journals, Direct mail, Email blasts, Full-color flyers, Newspaper ads, Internet marketing, and good old-fashioned word of mouth. Our database includes over 7,500 previous customers in the immediate 4 state area. We also maintain a worldwide database of internet buyers who have participated in our auctions online. We also maintain a strong database of Farmers and Ranchers across MT, SD, WY and ND.
OUR PERMANENT FACILITY
We have a 5000 sq. ft auction center situated on 20 acres, with road frontage on the Hwy. 12 / I-94 Business loop in Miles City. We have loading /unloading ramps, loader tractors and a full line of equipment cleaning equipment.
