Removal: Buyers have till Sat. June 14, 2025 to have the items removed from our location. After that, you will pay a $50. per day fee for storage per item. We are flexible & can meet by appointment if needed. Nothing leaves until items have been paid in full. Please bring appropriate chains, straps & flags if needed. We do not provide these. Any items left after June 25, 2025 will be considered abandoned. Abandoned items become property of auction company. We are NOT a storage facility.

The first week is always busy. Bring the proper trailers, chains, and personnel. Please make sure you are ready to be loaded.

**We will not load 30,000 lbs. on a trailer & watch a pickup haul it away. Bring the right truck & trailer for the expected load. **
