How you register is how your titles will be filled in as. No exceptions. 

• The terms are clearly posted, please read them and plan to adhere to them.
• Out of State Buyers: Cash or Wire Transfer for same-day pickup. Mail a check, let it clear, and then collect your items is fine.  
• Bring proper chains, straps, sticker boards, flags etc. for load out.
• If the item you buy has to be disassembled for transport, plan on bringing tools. 
• This is a soft close auction. any bidding in the last 40 seconds extends the lot or group by 30 seconds. 
• New Bidders use the Max Bid feature & let the computer bid for you. When lots start to close it can go quickly. 
• Titles: We do not run VIN numbers on any vehicles. We tell you what we see when we get a title. Buyers should run a vin number or have law enforcement check vin numbers for you. Obviously, we routinely sell vehicles with no titles. {They get lost, people die, people never title things and then 30 years later there are issues.} Feel free to run your own car fax report.
